What it does

forge-harness is a meta-harness that runs on Claude Code and binds a project's rules, gates, and memory into one body. It turns short intent into rules and code, then plants that harness in other projects. Clone the repo to use it inside Claude Code, or run the fh-gate package with npx without Claude Code.
