What it does

PixPeep is a pixel-buffer inspector for image-processing debugging. You load a raw buffer file, set width, height, pixel format, and alpha mode, and view what the buffer contains. Supported formats include RGB, BGR, RGB565, RGBA, greyscale, I420, NV12, YUYV, and others. Source code is linked from the page.
